New Year
Blessed, beyond blessed to see another year. First off I wanted to start by thanking God for that blessing. My entire family is healthy. Wow, miracle.
This year I want us to specifically focus on making our financial goals. My name is Scotty and welcome to the 92nd blog post here on the Limitless Living Blog. Thanks for tuning in.
I’m seeing this trend everywhere online and in person. Everyone is talking about the economy and inflation. With that being said, worrying is at an all time high. People have more anxiety about finances than ever before, according to what I’m seeing. Here’s my response:
We have to stop thinking specifically about the money itself and focus on our gifts and talents. Why? Because if you chase money, your outcome is haywire. For example, if you think you can get rich in real estate and you go all in, simply for the money aspect of it. You’re not passionate about it or even smart in that area, your outcome will produce chaos. On the flip side, if you’re passionate about real estate and truly care about it, rather then chasing a check, your outcome will be more focused, more intentional and skilled in that area. Meaning you will, once again, have better outcomes. I know people personally that have chased money, and they’re depressed. You will never have enough. If you truly want to change your financial future, do it for your family/others/your future self. Don't do it to have a thick bank account only. Yes, wealth can be a great thing, but not wealth alone if that’s the only focus. Focus on your craft/gifts God gave you, rather than your bank app. You’ll actually get a lot further in life.
