Stop
I’ve had to learn this the hard way, and still learning today. If you’re not all in with your goals/vision just stop. Stop until you are. Why? Because you’re going to drive yourself crazy until you make the choice. If you’re half in/half out with your goals, you won’t achieve them. On top of that, you won’t be able to chill and not worry about the goals because they’re at the forefront of your brain. My name is Scotty and welcome to the 91st blog post here on the Limitless Living Blog. Thanks for tuning in.
Why do I say I’m still learning this lesson to this day? The reason is because I have done this, and I catch myself doing it. I go “all in” on goals I have for me and my family, then I get scared. I get timid. All of the sudden I’m one foot in/one foot out. That creates anxiety, a lot of it. Anxiety lives in the gray area. If you don’t know whether you’re going fully for your goals, you’re better to not do them at all. That way, at bare minimum, you stay out of the gray area. You made your mind up to not achieve your goals. Or fully go in on your goals. I can’t stress to you or me enough how important this is. I’ve had much anxiety simply from that terrible gray area. Rather someone said counteractive to my goals and I got in my feelings, or if I had no faith in myself. That anxiety hops on me, and now I’m not able to go fully in, because I have this heavy weight. What I’m trying to say to you all, as well as myself, is the gray area is nothing positive. Go all in, or don’t try.
