If we adopted this mindset, we'd be unstoppable. Thank you for tuning in to the 84th blog post. My name is Scotty. This is the Limitless Living Blog.

 

Easier said than done, though. For me, I've tried to control aspects of life I simply cannot. It led to nothing, and I literally mean nothing, but headache and stress. The kind of stress that keeps you from sleeping. The kind of stress you can barely eat. The kind of stress that takes over your body. I tried, tried, and tried again. Same body of work, Same result. So this mindset developed by Mel Robbins rings completely true in my book. As I'm assuming yours as well. Why? Because I know most humans, including myself, struggle with trying to control every outcome in life. I also know, most humans can't control their own reactions and choices. So this book that Mel wrote is worth a read. If we just focus solely on how we behave after seeing or hearing the outcome, we cause ourselves to act accordingly, whilst not stressing about the outcome itself. A two for one, as they say in basketball. 

 

So we are eliminating certain stressors while handling ourselves more maturely. A win win situation. However I must confess, I don't have this down pat yet. I'm working on it though.
