Limitless Living Blog #49 - Limitless Living

Limitless Living

I wanted to reiterate what this entire blog is about. I just want to challenge you, and myself, to live limitlessly. To not watch others live out their dreams and goals, and we’re living an average life. To those who are comfortable on average, I'm not speaking to you. But to those who want more, who seek to better their lives, there we go. That's who this is for. For those who hate the rat race 9-5 life. For those who have an amazing business idea, but need motivation to get there. For those who want to give relentlessly because you've been so blessed. That’s who I'm speaking to. My name is Scotty and welcome to the 49th blog post here on the Limitless Living Blog. Thanks for tuning in.

Limitless Living is a crazy term. I was speaking to one of my mentors at a restaurant, having dinner. We brought up The Gear, the brand, the blog, and “Limitless Living”. Him and I agreed it’s a crazy term to use, but a good one to use. Striving for excellence, and refusing to settle. Physically, mentally, financially, all of these things. (which I need to work on all three honestly). I'm far from where I want to be, but I'm excited for the journey of embodying “Limitless Living”. It’s uncomfortable comprehending it and talking about it at times, but discomfort is where growth happens. If you do embark on anything outside of the realm of normal, for example; an amazing fitness journey, becoming a millionaire, or even having a blissful marriage, it will be extremely uncomfortable at times. You will feel weird, you will feel abnormal. But that is a good thing. Because the world does not have an amazing fitness journey, most of the world are not millionaires, and most of the married couples are not in bliss. So you're swimming upstream to get to this type of life. Like the tide is against you and you just keep pedaling. It’s much easier to just go with the tide. I feel this in my brain constantly. Like is all of this hard work worth it? Is writing this blog every day worth it? Of course it is, but I have to fight those thoughts. If one person lives a better life after reading all of these blog posts, it was worth it. I'm not a guru, I'm not a physical trainer, and I'm not a millionaire yet, but I'm here to encourage, uplift, and be on this journey with you.
