Character over Results
Your character is more important than results. Your character stays with you, results come and go. Character is like a credit score. The better the character, the higher the credit score. Results come when your character is in tack. You can’t have one without the other. Character drives results, as well as production. If your character is in tack in your marriage, your marriage will flow. Same with business, same with your career. For instance, when you go to a job interview, they are indeed looking for what results you can bring to their company. But they’re also looking for character and what that character can bring as well. My name is Scotty and welcome to the 29th blog post here on the Limitless Living Blog. Thanks for tuning in.
Character over results. Results are the total of what you did and how you did it. For example, the result of 1+1=2. The result is two. However, character begs the question; did you get that answer honestly or did you cheat on the test? Results are what’s shown in the immediate realm, while character is what’s shown in the long term. Character sticks to you, you can’t escape it. You can’t escape results either, good or bad. But your character stains you, good or bad, way more than results do. Character is applicable to everything you do in life. Make sure your character is in tack, and you’re not just focused on the results alone.
Process:
- Always remember, if your character is in tack, results will flow.
- Character over results. Don’t focus solely on results.
- Give glory to God!
